How does billing work?

Once you sign up you will be subscribed to my monthly website care plan and will be billed automatically using the credit card used to sign up.

You will be billed on the same day that you signed up, every month.

Hourly work is invoice at the end of the month and charged using the same payment used for  subscription

Does my monthly time rollover?
Use it or Lose it – Time does not roll over on any plans.
Are there any set up or cancellation fees?
Nope! There are no setup costs and should you ever need to leave the plan, there are no cancellation fees. I just ask that you give me a 30 day heads up before canceling.
{MULTIPLE SITES} Do I get an hour for each site?
Yes! Each site get’s it’s own time every month.

How fast do you get to the monthly updates?
I try my best to get to updates within 24-72hrs. This strongly depends on what type of update you need.  As a monthly client, you always get top priority compared to clients who aren’t on any of my plans.
What if I have updates that require more than 1 hour?
I’ll always try to get your updates done within 1 hour to save you some extra cost but if you have a decent amount of updates or the just a bigger update that will require more hours, I’ll give you an estimate on how much time will be needed and do that at your discounted hourly rate.
Is there a smaller plan?
Check out my Website Essentials Plan for only $39!
What if I get hacked while on the plan?
If your site should get compromised while on one of my plans  – I’ll take care of cleaning the site and getting everything squared away with any Google issues at no extra cost to you.

But have no fear; to date – I’ve had ZERO hacks or breaches with any sites on my Website Care Plans.
